Marine Parade Compounding Pharmacy is a proudly independent Pharmasave-affiliated pharmacy located in the vibrant Humber Bay Shores community of Etobicoke, ON. We specialize in personalized, patient-focused care, with a strong emphasis on non-sterile compounding services alongside our traditional dispensary, clinical, and wellness offerings.

Full-Time Pharmacist – Etobicoke, ON (On-site)

​

We are seeking a full-time pharmacist to join our growing team on-site at our Etobicoke location. In addition to all core pharmacy duties—dispensing, patient counseling, medication therapy management, and collaboration with other healthcare providers—this role offers a unique opportunity to develop and/or apply skills in non-sterile compounding.

 

Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and dispense prescription medications in compliance with OCP, NAPRA, and federal/provincial regulations

• Provide professional counseling on medications, lifestyle, and health management

• Conduct medication reviews (MedsCheck), minor ailments assessments, and other clinical services

• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes

• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment and uphold our commitment to community care

 

Qualifications:

• Licensed pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists

• Injection certified

• Authorized to prescribe for minor ailments

• Strong communication, patient counseling, and interpersonal skills

• Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations, clinical services, and best practices

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Experience in non-sterile compounding or a strong interest in learning and developing compounding skills (training provided)

• Ability to work collaboratively in a small, community-focused pharmacy environment
